You need git to install.
Run powershell as administrator. Clone this repo: git clone https://github.com/proxer05/wFetch then: cd wfetch and run installation script: & '.\wFetch install.ps1'
Go to repo folder and run uninstall script: & '.\wFetch remove.ps1'
