Prusa Connect is not logging Start events or sending Start events to Telegram

I don't receive Start Events either in the Prusa Connect web page or in Telegram. I get all the other events in both.
What I do see is a "Printer requires your attention. Check it personally to make sure everything is in order." message at the start of each print in the log and in Telegram.

We use an XL 5H
