Describe the enhancement
With the current version, the filament menu has been changed, and, in my opinion, for the worse.
Current situation (6.10.1) looks like this:

The behaviour between Load all and other "all" commands is different and it feels more confusing than anything. Plus, if you're unlikely to use "all" commands (I think I used them a handful of times in many years) it just clutters up the menu. I understand this is likely also groundwork for filament/color management, but regardless I don't think it's as useful as it should or could be.
Expected functionality
Personally, I would prefer this sort of menu:
- Multi tool change (needs better name)
- Tool 1 ..... [Don't change]
- Tool 2 ..... [Don't change]
- etc
- Carry Out the Changes
- All tools
- Unload all tools
- Purge all tools
- Load PLA
- Load PETG
- etc
- Tool 1 ..... 0.4mm PETG
- Load filament
- Unload filament
- Change filament
- Purge filament
- Tool 2 ..... 0.4mm ---
- Load filament
- Unload filament
- Change filament
- Purge filament
- etc
- Manage filaments
- Edit Filaments

This kind of menu is, in my opinion, a massive improvement, even for a large amount of tools.
Multi tool change menu is what I personally use the most, even when loading just a single filament. It's a very clear and gives you the option to mix loads and unloads, which is useful if you're keeping for example support material but changing two of three loaded colors, which is probably a bit more common than my use case.
Having tools immediately listed means that by just rotating the knob, you can very quickly see at a glance what's loaded and what's not. Clicking on tool and then on the command you want (load/unload/etc) makes more sense in my mind, since you also get a confirmation if (once colors are implemented) you want to specifically do something with the tool that has red PETG for example.
