seams in vase mode when "avoid crossing perimeters" is enabled #15832

Description of the bug

Hi!
I was trying to print earlier today and found aligned seams on one of my prints in vase mode, which didn't make much sense to me. I thought perhaps it was a problem with the model but they dissapeared when the model was rotated and resliced.
I then sliced it on my brother's computer and the issue didn't appear.

I have been troubleshooting and eventually found that the issue went away when i disabled "avoid crossing perimeteres"
I managed to reproduce it on my brother's computer too which runs windows

Zipped project file & How to reproduce

Here's the project in vase mode with "avoid crossing perimeters" enabled

You will notice seams on the back of the model, those go away when disabling "avoid crossing perimeters"
