Update bolt-project.yaml

Hi there,

Made this change as with the coming of Bolt v3, having the inventory line in bolt-project.yaml will produce a warning about deprecation. If this could get changed before the next workshop this Thursday, I would greatly appreciate it :)

Hey guys, just giving this a bump, we had a few attendees in this mornings workshop that were a bit scared of the warning message that would pop up after running tasks & plans in each exercise. This change will prevent that warning message from popping up in future workshops.
