I have adapted the gallery framework to the educational resources repository.
The template notebook is already included and has been moved to the respective _template folder.
Contribution guidelines will be created and harmonized with the gallery contribution guidelines as a separate PR.
Lets have a light review and check for required conceptional changes to the framework.
