Hey, thank you for contributing to pytest. Unfortunately a dot is required only when the content of a list if a full sentence but we don't have verbs here so the punctuation is correct. You can check the good first issue label if you want to keep contributing (here or in another repo). Keep at it :)

This PR adds missing periods at the end of each section heading in the Projects section of the README.
This improves consistency and readability of the documentation.
