Add CI testing job with CV-CUDA support

• Add new unittests-linux-cvcuda job that runs with CV-CUDA installed
• Set CVCUDA=1 environment variable in the new job
• Modify setup-env.sh to conditionally install cvcuda-cu12 when CVCUDA=1
• Existing jobs remain unchanged and run without CV-CUDA
