Add Korean Translation for Doctrine

I have added a Korean translation of the Rails doctrine.
Although this is a small contribution, I hope it will help the community :)

같은 작업을 또 할 뻔 했네요 😅
deepl로 번역된 것 그대로인 것 같은데 doctrine을 교리보다는 원칙으로 번역하는 건 어떨까요?
이 PR이 머지되고 나면 제가 다르게 번역했던 것과 비교해보는 이야기를 할 수 있을 것 같은데 우선 Doctrine 부분만 질문 드려봅니다.

I almost did the same thing again 😅.
I think it's translated as DeepL, but how about translating doctrine as 원칙(principle) rather than 교리?
Once this PR is merged, we can discuss how I translated it differently, but I'm just asking about the doctrine part first.

Doctrine은 이야기 주신대로 교리보단 원칙이 의미 전달에 훨씬 좋을 것 같습니다. 괜찮으시다면 제가 이 PR의 추가 커밋으로 반영해도 될까요?

안녕하세요! 우연히 이 PR을 보게 되었는데 정말 반가웠습니다!
하나 의견을 드리자면 Matz는 마츠모토씨의 공식 닉네임이라 마츠보다 그냥 Matz로 표기해도 괜찮을것 같습니다😀
(다른나라의 doctrine도 그냥 Matz로 표기하고 있네요)

Matz is Mr. Matsumoto's official nickname, so I think it's okay to spell it Matz rather than 마츠😀.
(Other countries' doctrines are also written as Matz)
