Fix some formatting on 1st page of Intro to Rails (#6)

* Make it more obvious that the repo should be created from a template

This might help minimize some confusion if someone decides to create a
repo without a template.

* Bold "skip personalization" instead of quoting

Let's us be consistent with calling out the specific thing we want them
to see and do like all the other button/link references.

* Remove explicit `p` tags and rely on newlines to provide spacing

I forget how this works but there's some magic that automatically
wraps content with `<p>` tags depending on where you have new lines.
This should make things a little easier than managing content spacing
manually via HTML.

As part of this, I also added some spacing between text and images for
better readability.
