The majority of our notebooks reuse the same command to run a Redis server when running in Colab - a command that specifically runs
redis-stack-server, whose most recent version is 7.4.0. Some notebooks expect Redis 8.2.0 or newer, andredis-stack-servercannot allow them to be run with that requirement.This PR updates all of the notebooks that define a dependency on Redis 8.2.0+ to install the latest version of Redis Open Source (with the search module enabled).
