fix(logger): fix prune log logic

• Revert prune log logic.
• Clean only once a day or Wash only once a day.
• Clean once before downloading or Wash once before downloading.
• Use time index and size index
• Rename default DB name

I still think a size index should be ok...
If multiple indexes cause such issues, I don't think dexie should even allow setting it up.
