Move SetCursor to TCanvasimp class - #23258

Method should replace recently introduced TVirtualPadPainter::SetCursor method Logically it belongs to gui part nd therefore to TCanvasImp class
Just redirect to gVirtualX
Now TCanvasImp responds for cursot setting

It belongs to GUI functionality,
solution with TVirtualPadPainter::SetCursor was just a temporary workaround
