…tivity is being destroyed and the page has a popup open Repro steps: 1. open a popup 2. hit recents button on Android 3. swipe away the app 4. notice that the page remove hangs indefinitely, never removes the page from the stack

fixed an issue where when you RemoveAsync a page while the Android activity is being destroyed and the page has a popup open
