Type: System.DateTime
The date.

year

Type: System.Int32
The year.

month

Type: System.Int32
The month.

useLastDay

Type: System.Boolean
if set to true, the call preserves last day of the month, 2001/02/28 => 2004/02/29.

Type: DateTime
Updated date.

Usage Note
