Add buffer to image, audio, video and document blocks

Description

This PR adds the possibility of passing binary streams to ImageBlock, AudioBlock, VideoBlock and DocumentBlock.
This would allow users to pass files to third party APIs without having to load them in memory (e.g. opened files, binary streams, etc...). For example, this would prevent out-of-memory errors in low-memory API gateways handling high volumes of requests.

To be able to handle both file and memory IO, the resolve_image, resolve_audio, resolve_video and resolve_document methods type hints have been updated to return the more generic io.IOBase type.
