Fix CI build failure caused by duplicate file reference in table of contents. The doc-comment.md file was referenced twice, causing mdbook build to fail.
Remove duplicate references to polars.md, serde.md and serde submodule files that were causing mdbook build failures. The duplicated entries in the Data Engineering section have been removed while keeping the main references in the Crates section.
