Added some more documentation.

  • Started the Wiki
  • Added more information to the Read.me file.
    • This should help people who find the PowerTools page understand that it is still just a shell of a UI Tool and there are no PowerShell scripts attached to the menu
    • The exception being the AdminTools drop down. (which only call processes on the system).
  • Created a Image Folder for screen shots. I was going to keep in locally, but changed my mind and uploaded it. I still have it in the gitignore file though.
  • Added the Environment to the Github pages so you will be able to find it at ... HERE in my case.
    • This will have to be changed once merged.
