add trim_output (as implemented in archive.extracted) on cmd.run

Description of Issue/Question

I've started using trim_output on archive.extracted (https://docs.saltstack.com/en/latest/ref/states/all/salt.states.archive.html) recently and found the feature very nice.

It would be awesome to have the same feature on cmd.run (and cmd.wait I guess), so that we can trim long output from stdout.

This is a feature request, not a bug, current version of salt is 2017.7.0 (Nitrogen)

Sounds like a good idea. Maybe choose how many lines of output you would want to include. Will approve as a feature request
