Introduction to Kokkos

For those who never used Kokkos before it would be helpful to:

1. look at the Kokkos Tutorial slides here and here.

2. Try to do tutorial examples from Trilinos/packages/kokkos/example/tutorial/

   The basic examples are: 01-05

   More advanced examples could be found in Trilinos/packages/kokkos/example/tutorial/Algorithms,

                                           Trilinos/packages/kokkos/example/tutorial/Advanced_Views,
   
                                        and Trilinos/packages/kokkos/example/tutorial/Hierarchical_Parallelism
