Description
This PR adds GrandPerspective, a small utility for visualizing disk usage.
Note, I added the entry at a fairly arbitrary location in applications.json to minimise the chance of a merge conflict.
As a future improvement, consider sorting the entries by application name and requiring new entries to preserve order.
