it sends by default the provider users, in case of not sending the provider in the request of the oauth token, to avoid the error (The request is missing a required parameter, includes an invalid parameter value, includes a parameter more than once, or is otherwise malformed .)

@Arcas1 This behavior was changed on #50 to prevents that package users forget pass the provider and occur unexpected errors. I don't know if set users as default value will be the more correct solution. Maybe we can change the error message (The request is missing a required parameter, includes an invalid parameter value, includes a parameter more than once, or is otherwise malformed) to be more clearly!
