ConstantTime{Partial,}Ordtraits dalek-cryptography/subtle#98 (comment) I make the case to thesubtlecrate thatlibsignalcan remove our hand-rolledconstant_time_cmp()if they supportConstantTimeOrdupstream via my change.subtleproject, I learned that you can lean onOrderinghavingrepr(i8)to avoid uses ofmatch. In define and implementConstantTime{Partial,}Ordtraits dalek-cryptography/subtle#98, this is used to implsubtle::ConditionallySelectableforOrderingby delegating to the impl fori8.matchhere too in libsignal's FFI method to compare public keys, since our encoding ofOrderingintoi<whatever>inECPublicKey_Comparematches the one from the rust stdlib.
