IDP-1647 in-transit encryption between load balancer & EC2 instance
Added
enable_tls, to use https inside the VPC, between the load balancer and the containers in the EC2 instances. The default value forenable_tlsis false, to avoid it being a breaking change. The next major version may change this default to true.
