feat: TowerSit command for easier Tower sits

I'm about 50/50 on making this a separate command or to just make /tpp have a return option

Maybe, it seems like some extra unneeded work tho;
as majority of the time when you're doing a sit you're already tutorial, so you're just adding and restoring the person you need to talk to.
