Adds a picker configuration setting for hiding the settings menu shown in the modal toolbar and popover picker.
This keeps the menu visible by default, exposes
.sfSymbolPickerShowsSettingsMenu(_:), and updates the README and example app to show the new setting.Assisted by: Codex 5.5
