I use jj as a VCS, make that work. It's a small enough change, so I do not feel too bad about it ;-)

I use jj as a VCS and found it annoying that I could not run the license header check xtask due to that.
It's a small enough change, so I do not feel too bad about complicating things for everyone;-)
