Adds the new Pet Mod of the Season, Bad 'n Boosted, and removes the previous Pet Mod of the Season, Little Colosseum.

Bad 'n Boosted is given a mod folder in order to allow /dt commands to work with the mod, which was a functionality that the tier's leader requested to me (done this way because I don't know how to make custom commands and I doubt I'd be allowed to).

If you make it a rule instead it should be possible to use /dt commands without a mod folder

I had requested a mod mostly for /ds functionality to help players teambuild for the meta by filtering Pokemon by high base stats (such as allowing people to sort for bst desc), which I don't think works with a rule. Would it be a possibility to have /ds support?
