Description:

add alt tag to header image
correctly format package table (previously missing start and end pipes
general wordsmithing
update backends list
- fix name of elasticsearch-opensearch backend
- add mongodb, geoparquet, duckdb
- add note that sqlalchemy is abandoned
remove reference to installing sqlalchemy backend
add link to releasing doc
