What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

  • Replaces references and links to Gitter with Zulip across the docs
  • Adds Zulip to sponsors (per Zulip/@kgryte's request)

Presumably need to wait until the package is "published" in some form before using the jsdeliver cdn for this à la, e.g.:

stdlib/README.md

Yeah, this is a two step process. We first need to commit the asset, and then we take the SHA and inject here.
