CacheConfig(strategy="auto")silently skips caching for ARN-based application inference profiles and how to fix it withstrategy="anthropic".This is a re-submission of strands-agents/docs#823, which was opened against the now-archived
strands-agents/docsrepo before it was merged into this monorepo. The content is the same, relocated tosite/src/content/docs/user-guide/concepts/model-providers/amazon-bedrock.mdxunder the existing## Troubleshootingsection.Resolves #2601.
