Description

Add Strands RDS Discovery Tool for SQL Server to AWS RDS migration assessment.

This tool provides comprehensive SQL Server compatibility assessment for AWS RDS migration planning with:

• PowerShell-compatible CSV output format
• Real-time AWS pricing integration and instance recommendations
• 25+ SQL Server feature compatibility checks
• Support for Windows and SQL Server authentication
• Triple output format (CSV + JSON + LOG files)

The tool is implemented as a Strands tool using the @tool decorator and can be used within the Strands framework for natural language interactions.
