This PR updates TOC highlighting behavior for collapsed branches: when a highlighted child becomes hidden, highlight moves to the visible parent; when the branch is expanded again, highlight is recalculated back to the visible child. It also adds event-based highlight refresh on TOC state changes and extends E2E coverage for this parent/child transfer behavior.
