fix: enhanced img filter out query ids

?raw imports of .svelte files containing <enhanced:img> elements cause failures because the plugin's transform hook tries to parse Vite's raw JS string export as Svelte markup. This fix adds a /\?/ to the plugin's filter.id.exclude , preventing the transform handler from running on any query based module ID (i hope atleast).

Added a test, but don't know if that is the right approach for the plugin. Feel free to change
