Replaces git URLs with explicit crates.io versions for better publishability: - sp-core: 36.1 - sp-io: 40.0 - sp-runtime: 41.1 - sp-keystore: 0.42 - sc-keystore: 35.0 - sp-application-crypto: 40.1 These versions correspond to polkadot-sdk stable2503 (commit f7103db0).
