In v1.3.0 of TensorCircuit-NG:
We introduce lattice and hamiltonian templates in tc.templates.
We also introduce a new distributed circuit simulation and tensor network contraction interface tc.experimental.DistriutedContractor.
We also bring better tc.StabilizerCircuit and tc.FGSSimulator.
