Move AI skills to Claude folder

What changes are you introducing?

Moving AI skills from .cursor/ to .claude/

Why are you introducing these changes? (Explanation, links to references, issues, etc.)

I want to give AI users flexibility to use the skills from the AI agent of their choice.

Cursor can "see" Claude folders, but not vice versa.
Claude cannot be configured to read skills from another folder.

Anything else to add? (Considerations, potential downsides, alternative solutions you have explored, etc.)
