Looks good to me.
Though i had seen that those themes were already added to the upstream alacritty-theme project, so i kinda held-off on that until we supported the toml themes (instead of the current / old yaml ones).

Adds the 4 standard Catppuccin flavor themes as YAML theme files, following the existing theme format. Palettes match the official Catppuccin Alacritty theme values.
