Rework .gitignore and fix fingerprinting

• Rework .gitignore and cleanup working directory
• Add possibility not to use -cli suffix in
• Fix fingerprinting in provide_cli.py

Now also works for u_os_sbm provider:

python provider_cli.py write --provider  u_os_sbm --id 16 --value True
