• Harkrishn to update the wiki with the high-level design document based on discussions with Madelyn and Viktor.
• Harkrishn / Ping to finalize the requirements document and move it to a proposed state.
• Team to gather requirements on how to make the durability feature pluggable (AWS / Alibaba / ?).
• Team to gather requirements from modules on interface needs.
• Team to create milestone breakdown for the durability implementation.
• Team to define the interface for the consensus mechanism.
• Team to wait for Ping to get his input on the durability requirements.
