Pokedexen

It seems like everybody and their cousin has written a Pokédex. In the name of interoperability, Veekun wants to link to these Pokédexes (the good ones, at least). However, each site uses a slightly different URL scheme. Therefore, this page shall attempt to catalog every single Pokédex, along with how to link to it. What we are looking for here is the canonical URL. You may be able to access a given page with one of a dozen URLs, but we're interested in the one which the site itself uses. THINGS TO WATCH OUT FOR when adding a Pokédex:

• If the number is in the url:
  • is it zero-padded?
• If the name is in the url:
  • lowercase or Titlecase?
  • spaces or underscores?
  • Nidoran♀, Nidoran♂, Farfetch'd, Mr. Mime, Mime Jr., Porygon-Z
  • can you link to specific Forms?
