This fixes an issue where the MCP server SDK cannot properly read the headers since
@hono/node-serverchecks rawHeaders.Noticed it when using
mcp-remoteas proxy where it doesn't properly send the Accept headers through, leading to errors.This adds
rawHeadersto the fake incoming message.
