On
main, ifcodecis set, thenChannelandServerdoes not get a defaultstatus_details_codec. Given that thecodecencodes/decodes the message andstatus_details_codecencodes/decodes the'grpc-status-details-bin'header, I think we can have their defaults not depend on each other.With this PR,
status_details_codecis set whenstatus_details_codecis not set and_googleapis_available.
