- Add TlsLoggerProvider and setProvider hook with tests\n- Keep Android Log/JUL defaults; add demo slf4jProvider flavor\n- Reduce noisy IO-path logs; keep startup lifecycle evidence logs (sanitized)\n- Remove slf4j usage from SDK modules\n- Bump version to 2.0.3 and update docs/publish templates
