closes #4328 changes wcag 2.0 to just wcag 2 removes list of a single bullet: 'Ensuring that content does not violate spatial pattern thresholds (future link)' that was not created.

for the WCAG 2 change, as noted here #4328 (comment) there's various other places where it still says 2.0 in other documents. might be worth doing them all? |
