Reserves native, external, and BJ names during compression; classifies new Reforged 3 read-only and pure conversion natives; marks client-local camera, input, cinematic, renderer, and viewport getters as locality sources; and adds regression coverage. Tested with the full OptimizerTests suite, WurstBuildConfigTests, MapRequestPatchTargetTests, and make_for_userdir.
