Four stranger-facing Grok Build plugins from CaplifiTechnologies/caplifi-grok-plugins: - brandmd: BRAND.md apply + audit skills - hbi: Half-Baked Idea packages + local validator - slopmd: SLOP envelopes + INSTIGATE/HANDOFF - caplifi-approve: headgate.approve.v1 phone approval contract Skills + commands only (HBI includes pure-Python local validator).
