formula: add ThrowTheSwitch/Unity

Summary

• Add an LLAR Formula for the pinned ThrowTheSwitch/Unity Conan recipe.
• Preserve the static C library, fixture and memory extensions, license, relocatable pkg-config metadata, and consumer test.
• Order the complete upstream tag set, including v2.6.0_RC1, with a prerelease comparator.

Validation

• LLAR main 9c062aa5: default/latest v2.7.0, v2.6.0, v2.5.2, v2.6.0_RC1, fPIC=OFF, fixture, memory, combined options, and cache-hit consumer tests passed on darwin-arm64.
• v2.5.1 was rejected below the v2.5.2 Formula floor.

Review conclusion

The new Unity module preserves the static-library build, relocatable pkg-config consumer interface, fixture/memory option behavior, and prerelease ordering across the claimed v2.5.2 floor. I found no actionable regressions in the fixed diff.

I also built and ran installed consumers for the default, fixture, memory, and combined option sets against upstream v2.5.2, v2.6.0_RC1, v2.6.0, and v2.7.0; all variants passed.
