Implement min/max len in permutation plugin

Proposed improvement of the payload permutation plugin.

Old syntax:
wfuzz -z permutation --zD abc123-3 (3 defining length)

New syntax:
wfuzz -z permutation --zD abc123-1-3 (1-3 defining length range)

Above command will iterate from 'a' through '999' producing a total of 258 payloads.
