Not sure if this should actually be merged in or not since it's a bit manual, but putting it here in case someone else hits the same oauth issue I was having.

I managed to get this working using these instructions, although I didn't modify the code, just dropped the refresh token in the right "json" file

After fixing this bug I realized that pull request #2 fixes
the same bug as well, although in a slightly different way:

In case anyone is wondering: I'm only just now looking through this pull
request, not yet sure what to do with the rest of the suggested changes.
